*MORE Gymnastics Sessions will be happening in DECEMBER 2024 with Tasha Goettemoeller! The first session will begin on Tuesday, December 3, 2024!

Tasha works with kids of ALL ages and skill levels and offers an opportunity for children to explore gymnastics, develop coordination, and build confidence through fun and skill-building activities! Check out the options below for the month:

*PLEASE NOTE: We have a waitlist for the BEGINNER & INTERMEDIATE CLASSES. If you're interested, you can add your child to the waitlist. If enough people join, Tasha will consider adding another class.
 

BEGINNER SESSION (WAITLIST ONLY):

WHEN: Tuesdays in December @ 5:00-6:00pm
WHAT: For those who are brand new here & have 0 tumbling experience. In this class, we will mainly focus on strength, balance, and flexibility and work on the starting basics such as forward rolls, bridges, backbends & handstands.
***Must have a backbend before moving to the Intermediate level.

INTERMEDIATE SESSION (WAITLIST ONLY):

WHEN: Tuesdays in December @ 6:00-7:00pm
WHAT: In this class, students will refine their basic tumbling skills & continue to increase their strength and flexibility. We will work on skills such as cartwheels, 1 handed cartwheels, starting aerials, round-offs, handstand/handstand pops, front limbers, front/back walkovers, starting front/back handsprings & we will also start learning the basics of running tumbling.
***Must have a back walkover before moving to the advanced level.

ADVANCED SESSION (9 SPOTS LEFT):

WHEN: Mondays in December @ 6:00-7:00pm
WHAT: In this class, students will continue focusing on building strength, power, and flexibility to execute high-level appropriate tumbling passes with control and finesse. We will work on skills such as front/back handsprings, sequence back handsprings, running tumbling, aerials, back tucks, back layouts, etc.
